Refund policy

Sonix Studio – Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 19, 2025

All services provided by Sonix Studio are digital in nature (design, UX/UI, marketing campaigns, and other creative services). Due to the digital and non-physical nature of our services, no refunds are provided once work has begun.

  1. Deposit and Project Initiation

  • A deposit or advance payment is required to start any project or retainer.

  • The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, except as required by law.

  • Services commence immediately after deposit payment unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation within 3 calendar days of deposit payment, before work begins, without penalty.

  • After work has started, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any payments made.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sh6506@gmail.com.

  1. Project Types

  • This policy applies to both one-time projects and ongoing retainer agreements.

  1. Partial Completion

  • If a client cancels after work has started, any work completed up to the cancellation date is considered fully payable, including deliverables already provided.

  • Sonix Studio reserves the right to invoice for work completed even if the project is canceled midway.

  1. Advance Payments

  • All deposits or advance payments are part of the agreement and remain non-refundable once work begins, except as required by law.

  1. Legal Compliance

  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Where local law provides additional rights, Sonix Studio complies fully with those regulations.

  1. Client Agreement

  • By engaging Sonix Studio and submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this return, refund, and cancellation policy.
