Refund policy
Sonix Studio – Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 19, 2025
All services provided by Sonix Studio are digital in nature (design, UX/UI, marketing campaigns, and other creative services). Due to the digital and non-physical nature of our services, no refunds are provided once work has begun.

Deposit and Project Initiation

A deposit or advance payment is required to start any project or retainer.

The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, except as required by law.

Services commence immediately after deposit payment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation within 3 calendar days of deposit payment, before work begins, without penalty.

After work has started, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any payments made.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sh6506@gmail.com.

Project Types

This policy applies to both one-time projects and ongoing retainer agreements.

Partial Completion

If a client cancels after work has started, any work completed up to the cancellation date is considered fully payable, including deliverables already provided.

Sonix Studio reserves the right to invoice for work completed even if the project is canceled midway.

Advance Payments

All deposits or advance payments are part of the agreement and remain non-refundable once work begins, except as required by law.

Legal Compliance

This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law provides additional rights, Sonix Studio complies fully with those regulations.

Client Agreement

By engaging Sonix Studio and submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this return, refund, and cancellation policy.
